Billing

The job runs daily (cron: scripts/run_dunning.py) and emails the owner once per event: trial ends tomorrow, trial ended, plan expired (grace started), grace over. The app shows the matching banner on its own. Printers without an email on file are skipped and listed here when you run it by hand.
